pokemon manectric card G (66/147) [Supreme Victors] – Plug Lightning Double Charge (40) You may attach up to 2 basic Energy cards from your hand to 1 of your Benched Pokémon Mega Manectric ex Pokemon Cards

Then you can tap it with nothing to swap a life for exiling the top card of your library so you can keep on casting the good stuff

If you want a great choice that fits lots of cards and looks good doing it, this Pikachu binder has you covered

It resolves, so you draw two cards and exile it

The Roaring Moon ex, Magikarp, and Giratina V here are three of his best, and all three reward a long look

One is that you have control over when to use the effect and are able to save it until you have all your mana spare to abuse and the other is that the hands only last a turn and so any sorcery speed cards they draw will be useless if used in your turn
