op13 english booster box One Piece Carrying on his Will (English) — Eterna Cards The Theme for the Coming 3rd Anniversary is the Three Brothers One Piece TCG Carrying On

This is a potent mill effect, and can combo with the readily available Mortus Strider or Call of the Nightwing army

And even if this was your only Incubator generator, at its worst, it's still a four-mana 4/4 spread across two bodies

The best Pokmon TCG set is the one that has your favorite cards in it - which could be any of them

Jace Beleren and Phyrexian Arena both see much more play as they are more reliable ways to gain a steady flow of extra cards

Considering the cost reduction can reduce any commander tax built up Ghalta, you can reliably cast the 12/12 for very little mana in EDH, assuming you keep creatures on board
