Stunning a creature for a few turns gives you plenty of time to sneak in for a bunch of damage, and this blue creature even deals with the threat semi-permanently should you deem it too powerful for your opponents to untap with

The numbering also isnt higher than the normal sets (like Enchanted) so they are instead promo cards and not Enchanted cards

Later turns will be a perfect time to use 1-cost options like Light The Fuse and The Sword of Shan-Yu

But you will have cards to play every turn, keeping the pressure on your opponents as you draw and play more and more characters

Being uninkable would have made him much harder to play, but being inkable makes him easy to play three or four copies in a deck
