Scavenge exiles a card from your graveyard to put +1/+1 counters on a creature like a twisted version of undying

However for decks that splash Dragoon such as Dragoon Orcust, they are largely unaffected

#17 I really like the Houndoom

The Pirate fleet's arsenal also includes Amorphous Axe (which gives the equipped creature +3/+0), Armory of Iroas (which gives the equipped creature a +1/+1 counter each time it attacks) and Grafted Wargear (which gives the equipped creature +3/+2 and kills the creature of the Equipment comes off)

Don't overlook these cards without good and specific reason , such as wanting to maintain a lower power level, building on a budget, or sticking to a particular theme
