donna noble mtg card (Extended Art) (Surge Foil) [Doctor Who] Donna Noble MTG - Doctor

Any one-shot effects that are waiting "until [this] leaves the battlefield," such as that of Banishing Light, won't happen when a permanent phases out

It is meant for Avatar's Jumpstart, but only got printed into Collector Boosters, as in, one TLE uncommon shows up in a given Avatar Collector Booster, and that slot is shared with 4 scene cards, 14 cards from the beginner box and 32 other jumpstart uncommons

Online you can get it for really cheap right now, and it comes chock-full of strong cards

This card has the potential to look through a lot of cards late game and ensure you win that late game

Also an Ally subtheme because it fits so well
